PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The policy speech aims to present, explain, and argue for the adoption of a proposed policy (e.g. a new law, regulation, community practice, etc.) to be implemented by the University, the student body, the local community, the state, the Federal government, the UN, or some other collective agent of social change, and that will reduce or eliminate the problem described in the first speech.
